Custom Services
Original Home Plans, LLC is
pleased to offer full customization services for
any of our designs:
- Custom changes may be made to
any of our designs.
- Custom changes will be priced
on an hourly basis, the current rate is $75.00
per hour.
- Custom changes will only be made
to Construction Plan Sets, and the Plan Set costs
will be added to the cost of your changes.
- A free Study Set is
included with any order for custom changes so
that you can review and approve your changes
before we complete your Construction Plan Sets.
To obtain a Custom Service quote
from us:
- From our web-site, print a copy
of the design that you wish to modify.
- Sketch your changes directly on
the copy, or provide a separate list.
- Fax your changes to us at 203-389-9669.
- Include your e-mail address, telephone
number, and the best time to call.
Quotations are generally provided
without charge. If your requested modifications
are complicated, we may request a $75.00 consultation
fee to prepare a quote.

find the plan you're looking for. We often have
additional versions of our posted plans, and
our design staff is continually working on new
