on your computer, you may need to update your

should my monitor be set? |

Our
web site is best viewed with your monitor
set to a resolution of 1024 X 768 or higher.
To change your monitor settings:
- On your Windows
machine: Go to the Start Menu: Settings:
Control Panel: Panel Display: Select 1024
X 768 or higher.
- On your Mac Machine:

and when will my plans be shipped? |

Construction Plan Set Orders
are shipped via U.S. Priority mail and include
a $24.00 shipping and handling charge. Study
Plan Set Orders are shipped via regular U.S.
Mail at no additional charge. To arrange for
express delivery at an additional charge,
please contact us directly.
Custom designs created with the on-line Plan
Tool will be shipped in 10 business days.
Stock plans with a "Next Day Shipping"
notice will be shipped the next business day
if your order is received by 12:00 noon EST;
if not received by this time, they will be
shipped the following business day. All other
stock plan orders will be shipped within 5
business days.
If you are paying by check or money order,
please allow additional time for processing. |
